Arrange cargo hold. After receiving the consignment note and relevant documents, the outward transportation company will work with civil aviation of China to arrange the shipping space according to the stowage principle, cargo nature, cargo quantity, destination and other conditions, combined with the flight, and then the air waybill will be issued by civil aviation of China.
Loading, loading. According to the flight, the foreign transportation company will pick up the goods from the warehouse on behalf of the foreign trade companies or industrial and trade enterprises and send them to the airport, and then send the goods to the designated cabin for shipment with the shipping documents.
Issue waybills. After the cargo is loaded, the general air waybill is issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the air waybill is issued by the outward transportation company. The air waybill has three originals and twelve copies. There are three originals, the first to the consignor, the second to be retained by the outward shipping company, and the third to the consignee with the goods. Twelve copies are used for customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agency, transfer and distribution, etc.
Send shipping advice. After the goods are loaded, the shipping notice can be sent to the buyer so that the other party can prepare payment, redeem the bill and handle the receipt.
